Zecora: The Early Yearsby ~Nun2artzy

A while back (and I mean a while), I sketched out this concept of Zecora playing out the classic 'Democora' character re imagination, as in Zecora as the Demoman from Team Fortress 2. With the commission I recently did completed (and others currently waiting to see what I can do for them) I wanted to take some time to make some art from myself, for myself. Thus, this vexel was born!

After some initial sketches I roughed out the lines, and, liking where it was all going, made a completed piece. By the end of it, I was like: Dude, this is badass! I naturally took some liberties with the design (This is me we're talking about here), gave her some custom weaponry, but naturally tried to keep the Grenade launcher.

The idea here is that Zecora was a mercenary in her younger years, eventually growing a distaste for the lifestyle and leaving it to pursue a life of healing rather then destroying. At least that's the background I had in my head for this.

I'd like to state that I went through two Grenade launcher designs before I settled on this one, and even then I still think it looks alittle to 3d, but I can't argue that it looks badass! I guess that's just how my art is.
